Cancellation Policy

Before You Sign Up, SmartSteps by Luxaserve offers personalised 1:1 online tutoring for Grades 1–12 across Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Science. All sessions are conducted fully online via Zoom — there are no in-person options available at this time. Sessions & Scheduling Each session runs for 1 hour. Core subjects (Math, English, Science) are scheduled twice a week, and Social Science once a week — at a time mutually agreed between the tutor and the family. We ask that all students commit to their scheduled sessions consistently, as regular attendance is key to measurable progress. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Curriculum Our tutors are equipped to support all major curricula including the UAE Ministry of Education, British, American, and IB programmes. Your child's sessions will be aligned to their current school syllabus and grade level. Waitlist & Launch SmartSteps is currently in its pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist, you are registering your interest — no payment is taken at this stage. You will be contacted directly once we are ready to confirm bookings. Pricing details are published on our website for your reference. Payment Full pricing information is available on our website. Payment terms and confirmation will be communicated upon booking. SmartSteps reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
